    As required, we have examined the accounts, records, and statements of the Town and Town School District for the Fiscal Year (Town ended on December 31, 2008; School District ended June 30, 2008).  In our opinion, based on the records and accounts examined, using generally accepted practices, the reports and statements herein reflect the general correctness and validity of the information presented.
