1.CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
2.#3185, Town of Waitsfield, Conditional Use Review for
re-establishment of a municipal gravel pit. The property
is identified as parcel #99037.000 in the Agricultural Residential
District and is accessed off Armstrong Road. Less than 10
acres of the 74.2-acre parcel is proposed to be used for
the gravel pit operation.
3.#3184, Valerie Capels and Brian Shupe, Conditional Use
Review for a 96 sq. ft. shed roof addition to barn. The
barn is an existing, non-conforming structure within the
setback. The property is identified as parcel #03009.000
at 118 Butcher House Drive in the Irasville Village District
(§2.03).
4.#08-SUB-01 Reconsideration of final plan review and amendment
to 2597-CU, Distributed Energy Systems represented by Cross
Consulting Engineers, 2-lot subdivision of Parcel #99011.000,
consisting of approximately 10.7 acres. Purpose is to reinstate
abandoned property line between the Northern Power Systems
commercial condominium office building and the shop building.
These lots were merged per notice of decision #02-02 dated
May 16, 2002, and were subject to conditional use approval
#2597-CU granted concurrently. The property is located at
182 Mad River Park in the Industrial District (§2.06).
