1. CALL TO ORDER
2. Application #3293-CU for change of use by Gumbo Group
LLC. Applicant proposes to convert 8 unit motel at Wa. CALL
TO ORDER
2. Welcome new Board member Chris Jernigan, appointed September
28th to fill the vacant seat that expires in spring 2010.
3. Application #3285-CU-Town of Waitsfield proposes alternative
access from Rt. 100 to approved municipal gravel pit. Access
would begin at southerly curb cut of the adjoining Amerigas
lot, cross to the town parcel, run parallel to the existing
fence, and be 18 feet in width. Project would require construction
of a new stream crossing over Tributary 6.
