1. CALL TO ORDER
2. Appeal of a decision by the Waitsfield Zoning Administrator
not to revoke zoning permit #3217, refuse to issue a Certificate
of Occupancy, and serve a notice of violation. Permit #3217
was granted to George Beattie on February 24, 2009 for a
new single-family residence at 515 Old Talc Mine Road, identified
as parcel #99032.000 in the Agricultural Residential District
(§2.07). Tom and Judith Buczkowski of 401 Old Talc
Mine Road are the appellants.
3. Review Brothers Graves roofing materials for new Bisbee's
addition as required by Conditional Use Approval #3139-CU.
