    The Planning & Zoning Office is located at the Waitsfield Town Office, 9 Bridge Street, below the Joslin Memorial Library. The office hours of the part-time Planning & Zoning Administrator are typcially Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
    Planning Commission
    The PC ordinarily meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month, 7:00 p.m., at the Waitsfield Town Office.      Meeting Agenda
    The DRB ordinarily meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, 7:00 p.m., at the Waitsfield Town Office.      Meeting Agenda

    Waitsfield's Town Plan, adopted June 5, 2005, can be reviewed at the Waitsfield Town Office or downloaded from the Documents page.
    Waitsfield's Zoning Bylaws, adopted May 2, 2005, can be reviewed at the Waitsfield Town Office or downloaded from the Zoning page.
    Waitsfield's Subdivision Regulations, adopted in 1990, can be reviewed at the Waitsfield Town Office or downloaded from the Subdivision Regulations page.
    Applications for a zoning permit, subdivision approval, sign permit, curb cut, certificate of occupancy, etc. can be obtained at the Waitsfield Town Office or downloaded from the Permits page.
    An E-911 address must be assigned before a zoning permit may be issued for the construction of a new residence.  Contact the E-911 Coordinator to make arrangements.
    A new access onto a Town road requires a curb cut approval from the Waitsfield Selectboard. Applications may be obtained at the Town Office or downloaded from the Permits page.
