Description

This road is most likely an extension of Bowen Road (TH 36) further up to a point somewhere between Mount Scragg and Mount Alice. The location is guessed from a road record from 1799 which in part resurveys Roxbury Road (TH 35) from the Warren town line, before branching off to the north and east to the corner of Lot 49, which shown on old maps is a point lying somewhere between these two mountain peaks. A resurvey would be necessary to determine the exact location of the road and confirm that this is an extension of a current Town highway and not a entirely different road altogether.
