WAITSFIELD SELECTBOARD
NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING
to Consider Modification to the Proposed 2012 Waitsfield Town Plan
Monday, October 22, 2012, 7:00 PM,
Waitsfield Town Office
The Waitsfield Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 22, 2012, 7:00pm, at the Waitsfield Town Office to receive public comment regarding proposed modifications to the 2012 Waitsfield Town Plan, in accordance with State Statue 24 VSA Ch. 117 ยง4385.
The proposed 2012 Town Plan, which would affect all lands within the Town of Waitsfield, was prepared by the Planning Commission and forwarded to the Selectboard in June 2012. The Selectboard held a public hearing on July 16 and July 23, 2012. A memo summarizing the proposed modifications, the proposed 2012 Town Plan, and the Planning Commission report are available for review at the Waitsfield Town Office and on-line at the links below. Interested citizens are invited and encouraged to attend the hearing or submit comments in writing to the Waitsfield Selectboard, 9 Bridge Street, Waitsfield, VT 05673 or by e-mail at  .
