on the following item:
ARTICLE 1. Shall the Town of Waitsfield issue bonds or notes in
an amount not to exceed $126,000, to be repaid over a period not
to exceed six (6) years, for the purpose of purchasing the so-called
"Munn site," being a parcel of 12.2 +/- acres located at the intersection
of Vermont Route 100 adn Kingsbury Road, from Sugarbush Land Holdings,
Inc., for the purposes of possible gravel extraction, recreation,
wastewater disposal and/or scenic protection?
December 20 - Munn Site purchased by the Town for $126,000.
2001
May - Correspondence between Phelps Engineering, Inc. and Jack and Judy Smith (April 27, 2001) and between Mr. and Mrs. Smith and Bill Bryant (April 16, 2001). (4 pgs, 157 KB)
